As such, I have become known as a specialist in health and wellness programming for individuals over the age of 40.

I’m older. I’m active. I love my life. And… I want the same for you.

When I’m not working with clients or exercising for myself, you can find me with my family trying my hand at organic gardening in the backyard, or in the kitchen experimenting on recipes and creating meals I love to share with family and friends.

But most importantly, I’m a loving spouse who tries to do his best for his family, an over-protective father who isn't ashamed to play “doll house” with his little girl, and an experienced entrepreneur who can’t help but work odd hours. All things considered, I’m pretty much like anyone else – a normal, everyday person trying to make the most out of the life I’ve been given.
