I first started going to Heather during my rehabilitation period from spinal fusion surgery. I was struggling to overcome pain and mobility issues. Her knowledge and skill were evident immediately. With her detailed approach to healing, she drastically decreased my pain which improved my ability to return to previous activities. Now she helps me manage occasional flare-ups and other musculoskeletal issues. Her care is definitely my first "go to" versus pharmacological or medical interventions.
