Make yourself a priority once in a while is not selfish. Its a necessity.

Having been in the medical field for ten years at a local hospital in Bucks County, I had a great deal of experience caring for patients, their families and coworkers. Helping people feel better was important. I had direct patient care experience in caring for many people of varying ages and in varying stages of health, sickness and even end of life. I knew that I wanted to care for people, but I wasnt sure the hospital was my forever home.

As a young child, massage was a big part of my life. Practicing on family at family functions, baby sitters, sometimes friends was a big part of my life. Even as a child, touching others in a therapeutic manner was innate and a need that wasn't conscious or known. As a young adult I bought my first massage table and practiced on family and friends, but not knowing how lucrative the field was, I decided to pursue a career in the medical field. After a time I began to consider if there was a way to be in a profession that cared for people as a whole and not just a sum of their illnesses. So after much soul searching, I decided to go back to my roots.

I went to The School of Body Therapies in Langhorne. PA where I received excellent training on my skills that I already possessed. I specialize in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot stone, Thai massage and a secondary training in acupressure, reflexology, cupping, salt stone massage, spa care and prenatal. Continuing education is important and I continue to add skills and techniques.
