My name is Lisa Lucarelli, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner. I have over 17 years of experience with bodywork. I'm very excited to be able to contribute the benefits of the growing profession of Massage Therapy. I have recently joined with Journey Fitness to expand the knowledge and the amazing benefits that Massage Therapy can positively have on your health and fitness. Lisa understands my needs. She also can feel my tight/tense areas. She adjusts her massage accordingly. Since I have been coming to Lisa, my neck and shoulders have shown GREAT improvement. I have much more flexibility, and much less pain and stiffness in my neck. I haven't felt this way in MANY years! I like everything about my experience of coming to Lisa for massage. There is nothing I would change.
