Kellie did an excellent job of reviewing my goals for the massage with me prior. She also made sure that I knew to inform her if I needed more or less pressure during the massage. She did a great job of communicating with me before, during and after my session.

Kellie has been great. I have had two massages and she is not afraid to "go to work" on my muscles and really dig in. She has been able to loosen tight and sore muscles and provide physically relief between my visits.

She found my problem areas right away and was willing to work hard on them. She also gave me tips on ways to improve and how often she would advise me to come back. She used really hard, deep pressure which I needed and loved.
