I love people. I enjoy my work almost as much as my clients do. This world would be a better place if everyone could have the enjoyment of weekly massages. Sometimes I like to donate my hands to charity and help humanity destress without expecting anything in return.
I specialize in Shiatsu, Reiki, myofascial release, Trigger Point therapy, MET (muscle energy technique), assessment and response to biofeedback during the massage. If you are living with chronic pain, tightness, or loss of range of motion, please don't hesitate to book a session. You will be glad you did!

Continued education is a passion of mine, even when the State didn't require continued education to retain my license I still continued taking courses to better my self in my profession so I can give more and improve my ability to help clients.

Throughout my life, I have loved having the ability to help people and to help change their lives. I soon realized that I could use the healing power of massage to make that impact on people's lives. My desire is for people to come for a massage and walk out feeling like a whole new person.
I am a talented deep tissue therapist that can work the tightness out of the muscles that need it the most. I am also certified in performing Bamboo Fusion massage to further aid the body in releasing the tension that it is holding in. If people are looking to just relax, I am able to do Swedish massage designed to reduce the stress in their life and to forget the worries of life for a bit.
I have a love of learning new things, thus I have been taking classes to learning more about Craniosacral therapy. I am hoping that with a lot of practice, I will be able to become certified and will be able to offer that skill to people who need it. Another thing that I have been learning more about is the use of essential oils in massage. My goal is to be able to use the benefits of essential oils to enhance people's experience as well as their health.
When I am not helping people through massage, I love to spend as much time as I can outdoors whether that be going for hikes or out going camping. I also enjoy participating in 5k runs which has helped me to develop a more healthier lifestyle.
In June of 2018, I had a wonderful opportunity to say 'I do' to the love of my life. Due to the fact that my husband lives out of town, I have now moved out of the Holland area. While I am not in town as much I was before, I am committed to my patients, both established and new. I still am a part of Ideal Bodyworks, but more on a part-time basis. If you are seeking to make an appointment with me, I am in office on Friday's from 9am-9pm and Saturday's from 9am-6pm on the 2nd week of every month and Wednesday's from 9am-9pm and Thursday's from 8am-7pm on the 4th week of every month.
