Michelle offers massage therapy, personal training and wellness consultations. I believe in treating your body as a whole and addressing the causes, not just the symptoms, to help you become the healthiest version of yourself.
I can perform a wide variety of massages, including medical, Ashiatsu deep tissue, therapeutic, sports, injury rehabilitation, relaxation, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy. I enjoy working with a wide variety of body types and medical conditions. Everyone is accepted, no one is turned away. I promise, through communication, to make you feel safe and comfortable during your massage.

Michelle really knows how to find the root problem areas, and tried different therapy approaches until she found the most effective one. I have had very stubborn frozen shoulder for 9 months now. She has helped me finally begin to regain some range of motion after three other providers (ortho, chiro & PT) were unsuccessful. I am so glad I went to her and highly recommend her!

Michelle is a true professional and very, very skilled. I've had a stiff neck for months and my schedule had kept me from making time to come in. Michelle got to work and with in no time had loosened up muscles that had been locked for months.
She reminds me of the line from Midsummer's Night Dream, "Though she be little, she is fierce." She is also gentle at the same time and does check in with you to see if she is working too hard so if you don't like a deep massage no worries she'll take care of you.
I am adding regular massages and body work with Michelle into my self care routine going forward.

Wonderful! The music she had on was very grounding with dim lighting, but not dark. Before the session, I had my chiropractor look @ my jaw because it was causing me some pain. He said it was jammed in there pretty good @ suggested I get a deep massage specifically for that area. But I'd heard about doTerra's AromaTouch technique and wanted to see for myself. As a former massage therapist I was pretty skeptical about how good it could really be with just light touch @ essential oils. After the AromaTouch touch session, I felt more "open", is the only way I can describe it, & when I saw my chiropractor the next day, he said it had my jaw had loosened up, assuming the deep massage helped. He was quite surprised when I told him about what Michelle had done! My jaw still needs work but Michelle made it possible for him to work on it.
