Wow we are sorry to learn that you are upset about your service. I cannot be positive who you are to reach out to you personally but if you arrived late for your appointment and had to fill out the intake information we would have had no choice but to shorten the massage because the clients that would be coming in after you would want us to be on time. Our policy is to work with the scheduled times and we do tell everyone to come in early to fill out the paperwork if its your first visit.

I had a booking with Maggie and she is amazing. For years massages felt lacking in the amount of pressure needed to be felt. I would leave the table feeling like I was never even touched. This in not the case with Maggie. She was able to relax my muscles and restore feeling in my back. She even taught me that lack of feeling on my back was to due to my muscles being so tight for so long that I just adapted to it. After my hour was up I was sad I didn't ask for more time. Truly glad I found this place and cant wait to go back.

Had an excellent massage by Chuck. I was feeling grouchy and unfocused because I was having so much neck pain. After the massage I was still in pain... but the next day it completely disappeared. Usually when my neck goes out it takes two weeks to heal. I need to make sure I get a massage at the first hint of my neck problems resurfacing so I don't suffer longer than need be. I wanted a deep tissue massage to get all the knots out of my back...even if it was painful. Well Chuck managed to do the deep tissue massage to where it was just tolerable yet productive enough to trigger the healing process. Deep tissue massage is not for everyone...you have to really breathe correctly and put yourself in a meditative state in order to tolerate it and to get the full benefit. It definitely is not for whimps ...but I highly recommend it if you are really desperate to be out of pain.

The Swedish massage was ok. The use of elbow into body was too intense. Other massages I have experienced have used heavier pressure with full hand or arm, not the elbow only. Requested opening of hip flexers and was not addressed. I know each therapist has their own touches, and will request another with next appointment. Very nice setting with the studio. Professional and courteous staff. Looking forward to next one.

I absolutely loved getting a massage from Chuck today. I left hugging him and telling him that I loved him. 😂 He literally made me feel that much better in my back/ shoulders and in my heart & mind. He asked about my whole body and my mind, unlike many massage therapists who just ask where the pain or discomfort is. He spent 20 minutes talking to me before my massage about the stress I’ve been under and the damage I did to my body last summer. Did he have to do this? Absolutely not! He chose to because he had the time in this instance and he is genuine. You can tell that he loves what he does. I love how progressive the studio is for this area. It’s the perfect fit for me! I look forward to my next visit!

I was just a stop by, and they accommodated me very last minute for a full hour! They relieved the cramp that I had going down my right leg! My husband loved his massage and the things I didn’t like could have been fixed by me just saying something, but I did not. The face pillow for the prenatal massage was really bony and I couldn’t relax or pay attention to the massage bc of how much my face hurt. I was genuinely worried I’d get bruises on my cheek bones from it. Also, the next day, I feel sore from jabby fingers. I normally like strong massages but maybe it’s a pregnancy thing. For me, the prenatal massage was 3.5/5, my husband has a deep tissue massage and said his was 5/5. Just speak up and I’m sure they will accommodate, I’m just really shy.

Although it was my first time there, I was treated with customer service that went beyond way more than expected. I had a one hour massage with Chuck. It was nothing short of amazing. Perfect pressure and a lengthy focus on the areas I desperately needed work, mainly my neck and shoulders. The massage room is clean, serene, and extremely comfortable. I also experienced the Oxygen Bar. That was nice and relaxing. Lastly, I finished up with a shot of B-12 administered by one of the most beautiful souls I’ve met in a long time! Overalll, I received an amazing experience for the value. I highly recommend this place. I plan on attending this business for services in the future.
