I've been a massage therapist since 2003 and witnessing the healing benefits of Massage Therapy continue to inspire me. In session, my focus is to meet my client in their healing process so I can best assist them in their healing. I shape the massage through communication, feedback, and listening. I maintain curiosity while exploring massage techniques to find what best serves each client. I don't consider myself a healer, I consider myself a facilitator in your healing process.

       I offer what I call "a fusion massage".  I customize each massage selecting from: deep tissue therapy, connective tissue therapy, sports massage, Thai massage, neuromuscular, Swedish massage, myofascial release, and polarity. I may integrate the use of  massage tools: hot stones, gliding cupping, hot packs, hot towels. You may request these tools as well. These tools are part of the massage, no extra charge.
