Amy is a Certified Medical Massage Therapist, as well as a licensed practitioner of the Niel-Asher Technique for treating frozen shoulder syndrome and finds trigger point release helpful in treatment plans for clients exhibiting chronic pain. Amy graduated from the Massage Therapy
Program at Caldwell Community College in Hudson, NC. She utilizes
techniques from Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular,
orthopedic, and trigger point release to design a therapeutic massage
that addresses the needs of each client. Relying on her training and
intuition, her goal is to provide clients with
long-lasting pain relief, along with the general benefits of massage...
reduced blood pressure, reduced anxiety, boosting the immune system, and
better sleep to list just a few.
With a lifelong desire to be
instrumental in truly helping others, she found her calling as a massage
therapist. Amy and her husband continue to
enjoy the adventures of family life with their son and two
canine “kids", Cookie and Cupcake.
