Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

In my practice I strive to provide clients with a safe and comfortable place to relax. A place to discharge all the negativity, stress, and pain in order to make room for joy and peace. Each client is different therefore each massage I give is tailored specifically for you and your needs. I offer Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Pre-Natal Massage. You can also add on Medicupping (Cups are used to create a vacuum effect to seperate the bodies muscle tissue and increases water absorbtion and blood flow), Guasha (Skin scraping with a spoon shaped tool to release tissue), Dry Brushing (To exfoliate and release toxins), or a Detoxing Foot Scrub.
My therapy room is dimly lit by a salt lamp. An aromatherapy diffuser disperses blends of essential oils to encourage serenity and balance. My massage table is a Custom Craftworks Athena Pregnancy table. It is wide, extra long, padded with an extra blanket and warming blanket, and has pull out sections for breast comfort and a pull out section for third tri-mester bellies.
I feel that my abilities and the atmosphere I provide can appeal to a wide variety of clients. From someone needing specific pain therapy to just someone who needs to de-stress and relax for the day.
