WORKPLACE WELLNESS / GROUP EVENT

This mobile service requires nothing more than a payment and appointment confirmation. I will come to your place of business or event needing little more than a corner's worth of space and at least two hours of time. Employees or guests will receive chair massages at their convenience for 10-15min increments. Add this offering to your lunch hour, the midday lull, the end of the week, or any work event.

I am the founder and in-house massage therapist at Ensō Massage & Wellness. I have been in practice for over five years developing my massage style in the spa, private practice, and physical therapy settings. I have accrued a collective understanding of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology that has given me an evidence-based, results-oriented approach to the body.
I attended massage school here in Asheville at the Asheville School of Massage and Yoga for my entry-level qualifications. I have continuing education training including but not limited to Deep Tissue, Table Thai, Acupressure, Therapeutic Cupping, Medical Massage, Myofascial Release, and PNF Stretching. I love being a student of the human body and am always looking for new ways to make myself a more efficient medium to help facilitate healing.
