About Crystal & Her Practice:
Crystal is a multiple state and nationally certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Certified Massage & Oriental Bodywork Therapist. She studied massage and oriental medicine courses at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. She practices a variety of modalities, which allows a customizable treatment. Her massage style is a combination of these modalities specifically tailored to your body and any specific conditions.

Crystal is passionate about food and nutrition as well. She is currently seeking out nutritional certifications and additional massage courses to improve her technique. She has an interest in holistic healing and nutrition in the belief that the body can be an amazing machine with the right nutrients, bodywork and exercise. When not relieving aching muscles, Crystal is an outdoor enthusiast; she enjoys hiking, biking, running, yoga, dancing, cooking, reading, attempting to sing and laughter.
