If you're looking for a great way to get caught up on some personal self care, Simply Spa with Mindy is the way to go. If you want to chat during your massage, one doesn't feel uncomfortable talking. If you want to just take in the silence and relaxation, no problem! I know it is an overused phrase, however, for this case it is accurate, as Mindy is simply the "Best in the Business"!
I had several problem areas in my back and neck, and needed some relief. Mindy listened to my needs, and offered some solutions (both what she could do that day, and what I could do after the session while at home).
She was also abundantly clear on what I should expect throughout the session regarding the techniques she would be using to help ease some of the discomfort I was experiencing.
I can say, without reservation, that my recent session was easily the best session I have had in a very long time, and I will definitely be back to visit her again!

The room was void of any aromatherapy. The bed was a bit cool, which was disappointing as it was chilly that day. Heather's phone kept going off during the session. Heather apologized at the end, but did not correct the problem during the session. No soft music for relaxation. No ambiance whatsoever.

Also, we can so easily use our extra blankets and heated mattress pad when clients are cold, I’m sorry those weren’t offered.
