The room was void of any aromatherapy. The bed was a bit cool, which was disappointing as it was chilly that day. Heather's phone kept going off during the session. Heather apologized at the end, but did not correct the problem during the session. No soft music for relaxation. No ambiance whatsoever.

Also, we can so easily use our extra blankets and heated mattress pad when clients are cold, I’m sorry those weren’t offered. Very professional with excellent application of necessary techniques to help relieve my long term pain after complications with C 5-6 discectomy anf fusion resulting in my spinal cord being permanently injured. My left side was paralyzed short term but my right side sensory loss never recovered. I have had prolonged burning pain on my right leg posteriorly from my gluts to my tight heel 24-7 since 1994. The treatment rooms are superb...and, i have been to many over the years. The concept to relax for awhile rather that rush out cause there’s someone waiting is a very unique and powerful closure for the “simply spa” treatment.

The thing I appreciated the most was that Shannan really listened to me. When I asked her to spend extra time on my hands, feet and hips, she went into great detail there which was GREATLY needed and appreciated. I very much enjoyed the session, felt it was very beneficial and was gladl to be offered the hot stones. I wasn't sure if that was exclusive to Mandy or not.
