During your session forget about the day and clear your mind as you refresh and heal your body. During each session enjoy a warmed table, hot stones, warm towels for the back and feet and a choice of an essential oil. End your experience with a warm towel and cool glass of water. Mindy always does a phenomenal job! I feel so much better after a session. She takes the time and works with you on the areas that need work. Mindy did an amazing job! I came in with pain in my legs and back and I had trouble sitting and walking. She did massage on me and also cranial sacral on my entire body. By the time I left, I was so improved that I no longer had trouble sitting or walking. She has an amazing talent and very professional in all ways. And also a very relaxing atmosphere.
