This technique is a combination of commonly requested therapies - the Therapist will discuss which techniques will work best for you. Trigger point therapy focuses on the release of tension around specific nerve centers found throughout your body. It is great for relieving cramped and overused muscles. Myofascial Release reduces fascial restrictions through the muscular system. Cross Fiber techniques reduces scar tissue and restrictions scars can cause.
