Welcome to our new second location! You will find the same great service and professional therapies. We are faith based and eager to serve in helping clients find wellness physically, mentally, and emotionally through our Lord Jesus Christ. We are experienced in deep tissue neromuscular therapy, MET stretching, Swedish massage and craniosacral therapy. It brings us most joy to witness the healing and restoration of our clients and seeing them return to their favorite daily activities.

Deep Tissue Neuromuscular

Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.

Relaxation Massage

Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

MET (Muscular Energy Techniques)

MET work is similar to physical therapy but uses special techniques to take specific muscles and force them to relax and lengthen with gentle breathing, resisting and stretching all performed in the client’s comfort level. This therapy improves but is not limited to muscular tension, chronic stiffness, plantar fasciitis, sprains, scar tissue build up, piriformis syndrome, and sciatica. Therapy is often paired with deep tissue for optimal results.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral is a very light touch therapy that is used to manipulate cerebral spinal fluid, visceral tissue, decompress platelets in the skull and alleviate other obstructions in the body that cause structural and muscular pain as well as misalignment or nerve damage. This therapy helps to treat but is not limited to migraines, vertigo, anxiety, depression, autism, unexplainable chronic aches and pains, concussions, pelvic floor dysfunction, sports induced asthma just to name a few.

You can always get better, no matter how slow the progress, or how many regressions you endure, you are never doomed to stay as you are physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually unless you choose to.
[Why I do what I do]
Many times I find there are no words to describe the joy and comfort I find in watching the relief and restoration of my clients. To see the worry melt from their face and putting the hope back into their lives that allows them to return to their favorite daily activities or just being able to function without excruciating pain is all that matters to me.
[A little bit about me: hobbies/interests]
I enjoy sewing, woodworking, and any type of mechanical tinkering especially on cars and motorcycles.
Learning and trying new things are always highlights of mine. Adventurous travels, rock wall climbing, rock repelling, zip lining, ballroom dancing, archery, target shooting and bowling anything clean, classy and fun.
