I have nothing else to compare this experience, since I'd never had a massage before. However, I can say that Sonia listened to my reasons why I'd never had one, and she put me at ease. Also, she allowed me to adjust my position and adjusted her routine when I told her that I was feeling the beginnings of a foot cramp. Her goal as to help me completely relax, and she achieved it with excellent results.
