This is next level, super-skilled, intuitive, specialized treatment for those aches and pains; not your typical service. Your massage will include integrated modalities from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Clinical, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial treatment, and more. Doctor prescribed massages and automobile accidents are my specialty. Services located inside Aqua Float Spa just off of Sunnyside Rd/147th Ave. It's a bit tricky to find the frist time, but the front door and parking are on the other side ACE Hardware building.

Akemi gave me the best massage that I have had to date! She did not mess around. Got straight to the problems and dug right in! She had a natural instinct about where the work needed to happen. She also accomplished the most comprehensive and efficient massage that I have ever had. I don't think much got left untouched in the 90 min massage. I was made aware of Akemi through multiple friends who spoke highly of her. I have been a client of multiple body workers over the last decades, some very good, some very poor. I sought help with a diagnosis of frozen shoulder which had been plaguing me since March of this year. I am amazed at what Akemi was able to do to relieve me of pain and increase mobility. This rating chart, per my estimation is too limiting. Akemi has hit "it" out of the universe when it comes to her professional expertise as it relates to my crazy facia, or however you spell it. After my first deep tissue massage, I was floating on air, so relaxed. After my second deep tissue massage, last Tuesday, I was relaxed afterward and my back did not again tighten-up until 4 am. After my massage on this last Thursday, at 9 am til 10:30 am, I have been pain-free all and with just minimal stiffness since 10:30 am until 11:21 pm the next day, on Friday. I know that I have found my License Massage Therapist of choice. I am finally experiencing pain relief from this unknown problem I have been experiencing for the last three weeks.

We are so grateful for the emergency work that Akemi did for my Fiance! Saturday morning she woke up with all of the muscles in the right side of her back seized up, in so much pain that sleeping, laying and sitting were almost impossible. Akemi squeezed us into her afternoon for an appointment, did a thorough review of the pain and issues and set to work solving them in a caring but productive way. After the appointment my Fiance had such relief that she said she felt like a new woman again! We were even able to continue our plans for the evening, which we were unsure we were going to be able to attend because of the pain she had been in. I'm truly grateful that not only was Akemi willing to fit us in on such short notice, but that she was so caring and kind in her assessment, treatment, and just overall demeanor. This was our first appointment and we both agree that we'll be going back to see her regularly. Hear me now and listen to me later... you will ask yourself a question after your first session with Akemi. That question,"Why has God allowed me to suffer through lesser therapists all these years?"... is based on a false premise. He has actually been preparing you for a gift all these years that heretofore your heart, body, mind and soul would have been incapable of understanding. The better question, "Why has God chosen to bless me with Akemi?" Very easy to book an appointment with the online booking system. I was able to get in right away. You have to txt Akemi when you arrive so she can let you in, but she was instantly there so no waiting. I understand they keep the door locked for safety when they’re with a client.
