I liked Lynn's no nonsense personality, her apparent love of patient education and teaching, her recommendation of exercise, stretching and meditation. She not only demonstrated stretches for me, but performed them herself then guided me through them so I would know what to do at home.

My massage was not exactly what you would call a "feel-good" massage, but rather a therapeutic massage, which was painful at times, but that pain was entirely necessary for me to feel better in the long-run. Lynn obviously has great diagnostic skills, especially once she gets her hands on you and understands what is going on with your body.
