I really think Paige has a great skill set for massage. She's got an amazing understanding of anatomy and is always happy to share what she's doing- which for me is a huge plus! She's also very considerate about making sure you feel comfortable (And for anyone looking in the COVID era, yes. 100% she's got it covered.)
I also just like that she works from the idea that you've got an active lifestyle and want to enjoy life while also fully understanding that I've got chronic pain. It's hard to find people who get that "and"- they either want to reduce you down to chronic pain or ignore it because you can do certain things.

This massage was so wonderful! Starting with a nice, clean, professional location that is very welcoming, Paige does a thorough evaluation and addressed all issues I had. Her pressure and technique were perfect for what I needed--she incorporates different modalities to best treat problem areas. She made recommendations based on my concerns and discussed all my questions. Plus she just has such a nice vibe! She may be a new therapist, but her touch is healing and as amazing as other therapists I've had with more experience! I will be back and I highly recommend her! (disclosure: I'm also a massage therapist, and I have known her for a while. But I know what I'm talking about when I say she is a GREAT therapist, and will only get better!)

I know Paige as a friend and work colleague, so having a massage by someone you know might feel awkward, but not with Paige. She is competent, very caring and gives a fabulous massage. Of the total bodywork, personal favorite was the head and neck massage. Oh yea, that was awesome. Paige has a deft touch and always asks for feedback. I look forward to getting monthly massages, so should you!
