Carla did wonders on my problem areas! She is very skilled, informative, and professional. She was able to identify my problem areas before I even discussed them with her. She walked me through each step of the way. I’m telling you when she got through each area, it felt as if weights had been lifted off. I couldn’t stop thinking how bad I needed this and how eager I was to book my next appointment. I booked my 2nd appointment before I left. I even left breathing better and had an amazing nights sleep! This massage felt like medicine to my muscles aches and pains. Very pleased with my massage!

Carla was so wonderful and full of information. She helped me tremendously with telling me what I can get at home to aid my pain until I come back again. She also is not one who keeps completely quiet during the massage and I absolutely love it! She talks you through what shes doing occasionally and what shes using on you as well as ask you if there is any discomfort in an area shes working on that you didnt mention. She covers every aspect of your body. I have chronic back pain and she knew exactly what products to use in order to eliminate the pain so she could massage it more. Carla is wonderful!

The best massage I have received was from Carla at Balanced Therapy, and I have had many. She is skillful with her technique and worked deeply on neck and shoulder issues that are from working as a dental hygienist. She really understands body mechanics and repetitive motion injury. -- Her massage was so good that I cancelled a chiropractor appointment I had scheduled for the following day.
