Lauren Levig is Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork, Certified in Personal Training and holds a Holistic Health Practitioner certificate. She provides bodywork in a spa like environment and uses muscle release techniques, soft tissue mobilization, assisted stretching, neuromuscular therapy, structural integration, lymphatic drainage and Graston Technique®. Clients of all ages are welcome, parent or legal guardian must be present for clients 15 and younger. Written parent or guardian consent form is required for clients under 18.

Lauren worked with me to address the issues that I have. She was skilled at listening to my body and changing her approach as needed during the massage. It was deep work, but not so deep that it was too painful to relax into it. Which I have found over the years of seeing different practitioners, is a hard balance to achieve. I highly recommend giving Lauren a try, especially if your like me and wanted more than a "feel good" light massage, and need someone to address issues.
