REVIEWS for my Bodywork services

Amazing! Backpain for weeks and gone after one massage and info about prevention of another. I feel great!

Always a good experience. Very knowledgeable and skilled. Would definitely recommend.

You cannot find a better person for massage therapy. Lauren is not who you see for a feel better spa type massage after a big day on the slopes, she is for serious therapy to solve issues you may have related to surgical recovery, injury recovery like sprains and falls and chronic muscle and tendon soreness. Her professionalism, ability and knowledge of the human body are beyond compare. I have seen her to help with double knee replacement, ankle surgery and chronic issues with my hands and forearms related to my previous work activities. I will continue to seek her help when a situation arises because I know I will get a positive result.

Lauren pays attention to my body and asks questions about specific areas. She is constantly taking classes to supplement her expertise and is an active athlete who can relate to my muscle challenges. She helps me achieve my long-term goals and doesn't just treat the current symptoms.

It's a very pleasant environment. Let Lauren know what areas you would like her to concentrate on so she knows where to add extra focus. I had a really good session yesterday and am looking forward to my next visit.

Solved an issue that had been bothering for months.

Lauren is professional and skilled at identifying how to manipulate muscles and tissue to open up! The source of the problem is rarely isolated to the spot that you feel that pain/tightness and I really appreciated her approach.

My upper back has been great the last two days. Worked today and came home and cleaned up the kitchen. No tightness. Yippee! will do this again. Thank you.
