Lauren is a Board Certified Massage Therapist, Holistic Health Practitioner and Certified Personal Trainer with over 1800 hours of education in massage, nutrition and exercise science. She specializes in structural bodywork, Graston Technique®, muscle release techniques, PNF stretching and lymphatic drainage. Her goal is to help clients become pain free by resolving soft tissue dysfunction and encouraging clients through self care and training recommendations.
