I happened to walk into Lauren’s office at Gravity gym and asked her about some lingering pain from an athletic injury of mine. She was very knowledgeable in her approach and within 1 session helped release some pain and tightness. She also has a most gentle touch and is very friendly and professional.

Lauren worked with me to address the issues that I have. She was skilled at listening to my body and changing her approach as needed during the massage. It was deep work, but not so deep that it was too painful to relax into it. Which I have found over the years of seeing different practitioners, is a hard balance to achieve. I highly recommend giving Lauren a try, especially if your like me and wanted more than a "feel good" light massage, and need someone to address issues.
