It is Michael’s belief that when one encounters injury, discomfort, or pain, the body will orient itself toward healing when a supportive environment is present. Michael uses techniques that encourage the nervous system to engage in processes that are guided by eons of evolution to promote growth and healing.

Michael works to understand each client as a system of integrated parts; all of which have unique relationships to each other. Therapeutic movement occurs when both Michael and his client become acquainted with the mechanisms by which the system functions. Therefore, Michael will assess and inform clients on structural patterns in their body that contribute to pain and chronic tension. Michael also works with clients to intelligently design a course of treatment with specific therapeutic goals.

REVIEWS for my Bodywork services

As I mentioned, it's two days after the massage and I am still feeling noticeably looser. I asked for the deep tissue massage as opposed to a therapeutic massage, and Mike dug into me quite well. With that being said, there was still a therapeutic feeling during and following the massage. Feeling great! Love it!
