As a wife and a mom I know how busy life can be.  At My Massage, LLC I believe that your time is valuable.  I generally start by evaluating the information contained in your intake form and our conversation together, paying close attention to life experiences, surgeries, injuries and time elapsed since these events.  At each session we will start reversing some of these limiting conditions in the target areas.  Afterwards, you'll likely be amazed at the level of change and freedom in your body.  If you choose to book another session, we will continue to dive deeper by unraveling old patterns from head to toe.

Her massage technique is very effective. She has a very calming voice and you can definitely tell that she knows her trade. She explained the difference between "deep tissue" and "deep pressure" massages to me. The massage was great and educational too. I would say you don't want to miss a moment of it, so be early or on time for your appointment!!
