Thaise really connects with my body, and lets it guide her to the areas that really need attention and “focus”. She leverages different tools and techniques as needed to make the greatest progress during the massage including gua sha scrapers, t-bar, cups, fascia releaser, heated pads, soothing oils, and more. Thaise has an effectively strong technique while also remaining incredibly gentle. The severe tension in my shoulders, neck, and jaw was instantly alleviated after my massage. Her craniosacral work felt amazing, and gave me an inner calm and peacefulness that I haven't felt in over a year. In fact, I was feeling so relaxed after my massage, that I ended up falling asleep for an hour when I got home. And I am not a napper! I initially went to get relief from my migraines, which stopped immediately during the massage, and have not returned (3 days later). Thank you, Thaise!
