I discovered massage was my passion when I enrolled into the Alexandar School of Natural Therapeutics in 2015. While a student there, I was trained in trigger point therapy, pregnancy and swedish massage, hydrotherapy, and various spa treatments. Since then, I've obtained certifications in Reiki 1 and 2. The thing I appreciated most about Alexandar, was their holistic approach to health and well being. I bring this same approach to my practice. I treat the physical body with massage and Reiki. Reiki also addresses imbalances in the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.
