After 18+ years with fibromyalgia I have experienced quite a few 'Unfortunate" massage experiences. I require a well trained therapist and not someone just rubbing on me. I don't want a "feel good" massage. I want and need someone who can work on me and reduce the tightness that I always deal with. I am so lucky to have found Adrienne White. She is knowledgeable and is really helping me maintain a functioning body so I can live the best life I can with minimal pain. I give her 10 Stars!!!!!....I Highly recommend her!!!!

I like the concentration on specific muscles that I am having some discomfort with. I was totally relaxed when my session was over, more so than other massages. I could even stand a little deeper massage, I like very firm but overall my experience was great. I will definitely schedule again soon.
