Our therapists have a true passion for helping people heal and truly listening to our clients. They have over two decades of massage experience between them with extra training in Heated Bamboo Massage, Cupping, Tok Sen, and Sports Massage. I don't understand how she does it, but she can resolve muscle pain and tenderness, and I don't feel sore the next few days. It's like her fingertips have micro sensors (I'm not trying to be funny). Excellent massage therapy skills. Gina also provides good general advice I can work into my everyday life. For example, she advised me to pay attention to whether I tense my neck muscles during my resistance training and to try to focus on relaxing them while lifting. I took her advice, and I experienced less pain in my neck and whole body after my workout this week.
