Here in my studio, we work together to bring ease into your life. For some people that feeling is achieved through therapeutic massage and bodywork. For others, a sense of bliss is reached during a holistic facial treatment. Each session is customized to meet your needs the day of your appointment.

Whichever you choose, my hope is that you leave feeling lighter and with an overall sense of well-being.

Custom Facial Treatment

Every facial is a customized experience with the goal of revealing smooth, glowing, healthy skin and encouraging a calm and peaceful mind. Your treatment always includes targeted, nutrient rich facial cleansing, exfoliation, massage and lymphatic drainage techniques, masque, serums and moisturizing. Scalp, arm, hand and foot massage are included with every treatment to enhance your relaxation. Steam and extractions are included for those clients who will benefit from them.

Therapeutic Back Skin Clearing Treatment

This treatment begins with a deep cleansing of the back to remove excess oil and debris, followed by a deep exfoliation, steam and extractions. A relaxing massage follows with a stress relieving treatment including essential oils and a customized masque leaving you relaxed and your skin radiant.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage focuses on deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. The movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain in order to reach the sub-layer of muscles and the connective tissue surrounding muscles.

Clear Your Head Massage - 30 Minutes

Unwind and clear your head with this stress reducing neck, shoulder, face and scalp massage with your choice of essential oil. Let the tension of the day float away.

Aromatherapy Sugar Scrub

This treatment begins with a relaxing face, scalp and neck massage, followed by a full body exfoliation using a rejuvenating aromatherapy sugar scrub of your choice that is buffed onto your skin and removed with warm towels. Your freshly exfoliated skin will then be lightly massaged with unscented moisturizer.

Much of my life has been focused on caring for and uplifting others and encouraging them to be their best and true selves. I find the gift of touch to be a joyful way to offer compassionate care to others whether it be through a custom facial, a therapeutic massage, bodywork, or a simple hug.
I strive to offer results oriented skin-care services based on your specific needs using high-quality, professional products. I believe in simple and effective home care methods that may include education on nutrition, hydration and correct product use to maintain your healthiest skin.
My experience skin-care led me to my study and love of massage therapy. Since every person’s experiences, perceptions and needs are unique, I provide an integrated massage using a variety of modalities to meet you where you are at each appointment. Techniques may include Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, thermotherapy, or acupressure points.

I hold a B.S. in Sociology from Regis College and am a graduate of Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics in Medford, MA and of The Massage School in Easthampton, MA.
