About Us

I am a Massage Therapist that customizes each massage to the individual to achieve their health goals and needs. I use many different modalities and techniques such as Swedish, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point with Thi Massage and Myofascial Release. These modalities are used to reduce stress, reduce pain, increase range of motion, recover from injury and to change postural imbalances. I am recently under the study of Chuck Duff, with the "Thi Body Coaching the Body Institute". I use the Muscle Liberator Trigger Point Percussion Tool taught in the institute. "Its rapid percussive action is incredibly effective at releasing trigger points and softening taut fibers, in a fraction of the time that would be required with manual methods."-Chuck Duff
