I began doing massage while working as a physical therapist assistant more than 20 years ago. I have worked in therapy and fitness for more than 20 years, doing massage as a physical therapist assistant. I am a certified personal trainer and am a Yoga Therapist. I have been teaching yoga since 2001.
I do several types of massage depending on the needs of my clients. Deep tissue massage, Swedish (relaxation), Cupping massage and AromaTouch massage using essential oils.
