Claire performance was great! During the massage it felt as if not much was happening. However, the literature I had read prior to the visit was what happened after the massage was complete. I was able to release water from my system via urination, a more complete stool evacuation and she was able to help me with relieving some inflammation. Also, the following week after the massage I noticed more energy, better sleep and an increase in metabolism( my smart watch counts calories burned). There was an uptick in the number of calories that I would burn through out the day. It went from on average of 450 per day to about 680 per day. These were the days I did not exercise. On the days I exercised for 30 minutes my calorie burn was close to 1100 calories by the end of the day.

Claire’s healing ways and skill always seem to amaze me. Prior to the pandemic I saw Claire almost monthly to help reduce my muscle tension. Unfortunately due to added stress and uncertainty of the pandemic my muscle tension and jaw clenching went into overdrive. For months I suffered and tried all sorts of medicine and home remedies for treatments but all seemed to fail. After a one hour deep tissue massage session it helped my chronically tight muscles and pain around 60% better days after the massage. Claire is amazing at what she does and is compassionate and cognizant of the health concerns of her clients. I have learned to not neglect my overall health and well-being it’s just not worth it - deep tissue massage for me is needed now more than ever.

Claire is an exceptional massage therapist. She is intuitive and knowledgeable.I just completed 10 sessions of structural integration with Claire. When I started my left leg was almost half an inch shorter than it should have been, the result of my body trying to compensate for injuries from a car accident five years ago.. After completing the structural integration program, I am able to stand evenly and walk correctly, eliminating unnecessary stress and compensation on my knees, hips, and other joints. I cannot recommend Claire or this program highly enough!
