My name is Chaney, and I am a passionate holistic wellness practitioner with 11 years of experience in health & wellness. I began my journey in healthcare as a CNA in 2013, where I worked for 6 years, gaining invaluable insights into the importance of well-being. I graduated from Midwest Technical Institute in 2017 as a Licensed Massage Therapist and furthered my education at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, where I graduated in 2024 as an Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner. My training highlights include hypnotherapy, transformational life and mindset coaching, somatic healing, past life regression, chakra balancing, EFT tapping, neurolinguistic programming, and auriculotherapy. I became certified as a Yomassage Practitioner in 2022 and as a certified Reiki Practitioner in 2023.
My philosophy revolves around the belief that true wellness encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. I specialize in pain management, stress management, energy healing, and spiritual alignment. Throughout my life, I have struggled with mental health challenges and autoimmune conditions, and I am a proud mother of three. As an intuitive empath who has recovered from burnout, I understand the importance of managing pain and stress while finding balance. I find joy in spending time with my family, connecting with nature, and embracing creativity through music and art.
