I knew I wanted to be a massage therapist since I was 12 years old. Throughout school, I was always that person that massages the shoulders of who ever was sitting in front of me. After I graduated high school I began the massage certificate program at my local community college. It's been 5 years now that I've been in business and I am so in love with what I do. Facilitating relaxation and pain relief is absolutely fulfilling and rewarding.

Massage Therapy Certificate
60 hours of continued education for MFR 1&2 and Myofascial Unwinding. Getting to know and work with the fascial system has completely changed my understanding of the body/ mind connection. Unwinding the connective tissue of the body is certainly not separate from unwinding the subconscious mind. A beautiful process.
I learned the dynamics of medical massage while being a chiropractic assistant. Experience with specific injuries and development of deep tissue modalities.
It was so fun to emerge into the complete opposite of injury and rehabilitative therapies. At the spa I was able to add in the more relaxation and blissful modalities including essential oils, hot towels and hot stone therapy.
