I am a nationally board certified massage therapist in the state of New Hampshire trained in a variety of modalities. I have a strong passion of helping others and helping them live life to the fullest. To do this I offer a variety of massages including; Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and Medi-Cupping to help my clients live a more blissful life. I want to help reduce anxiety and pain so that you can enjoy life's moments. I strongly believe in whole health and wellness in all areas of life. She made me my experience welcoming and comfortable. She was able to immediately indentify all the key areas in my neck and back requiring treatment. Regardless of your fitness level, I firmly believe as you age your body will need at variable levels the attention that you will receive at Serenity. My therapy plan will include ongoing massage treatment and will augment my overall fitness program.
