I’m a married mother of three (all teens!) who lives in the Wyoming/Grandville area.  Avid walker and sometimes runner.  I love learning about fitness, nutrition, a healthy work/life balance and how to apply all of that to my own life.  It’s a journey, not a destination, right??  I left the corporate world after almost 25 years in the customer service and manufacturing sectors to pursue a dream.  That dream is to help as many people as I can reclaim and sustain an active, pain free life.

Amy’s massage techniques were truly therapeutic. I felt the release of muscle tension in areas far beyond my usual shoulders and neck. Amy asked specific questions about muscle areas, and was able to apply the perfect amount of pressure and movement. She also asked questions about what exercise activities I had been participating in, and targeted muscles I didn’t even realize needed treatment! My hip areas have never felt as aligned after having a medical massage by Bodies in Motion. The treatment room was extremely inviting and cozy. Amy was very attentive to all aspects of treatment (room temperature, calming music, heated linens, pressure, etc). I received a highly professional treatment while being quietly pampered every minute of my hour massage! Thank you Amy from Bodies in Motion for helping me move forward with my health goals! Needless to say I’ve already booked future appointments!

Amy was very good about explaining her technique and why. (Every massage therapist has their own style). Also she is willing to give tips on how to maintain the benefits of massage at home. Her pricing schedule makes it feasible/realistic to get regular massages, which is very beneficial for your health. I have rheumatoid arthritis and on the days that my joints are flaring I can still get a good massage from Amy. She is able to position my body just so in order to more easily and gently access the muscles that are knotted and tight.
