Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.

Reiki

Reiki uses a technique commonly called palm or hands on healing. Through the use of this technique, practitioners transfer universal energy (i.e., reiki) in the form of qi (Japanese: ki) through the palms, which they believe allows for self-healing and a state of equilibrium.

This is a cupping routine performed on the face to stimulate the lymph and remove toxins, to ultimately promote more collagen growth. When performed routinely, this method can reduce scarring, fine lines and wrinkles, tone the jawline, reduce puffiness and under eye bags.
