I come from an athletic background of silent sports– cross country skiing, biking and canoe racing. I started to build body strength and pursue athletics mid-life realizing I would age gracefully and feel better from doing the work! I have taught yoga and fitness
classes since 2011 – and then found the unique combination called "Coaching the Body" – this work is THE answer for pain issues.
I use traditional Thai techniques of compression, stretching and rhythmic
movement to open up stagnant areas, combined with extensive knowledge of Trigger Point Therapy to impact muscles.
