Shelby is amazing, really takes the time to listen to your problem areas and then focuses on them. She creates a perfect, relaxing ambiance, and you would be forgiven for thinking that she times out her techniques with the relaxing music that she plays. The way the two interacts comes together as nothing less than an artistic performance. After seeing her, all of my problem areas have become much more relaxed and less painful. I would recommend her to anyone, from an athlete with sports injuries, to someone with long existing aches and pains. She's very professional and does a great job of making you feel comfortable and relaxed.

I have been getting a monthly sports massage for years. Shelby booked me on short notice when my regular therapist was not available. She did a great job, very responsive to what I needed as a runner even though I was not a regular customer. I highly recommend her.
