My husband bought the groupon as my xmas gift. tried to make an appointment with her and she was very rude to him. I tried to book an appointment, she told me she wasn't accepting new clients till may! May came around and i booked my appointment for her soonest availability which was the end of june. 48hrs before my appointment i found out i needed to undergo an emergency medical procedure so i rescheduled online for her next availability which was the end of august. the day of my appointment she said that i will need to pay a $30 rescheduling fee in order for me to use my groupon. i proceeded to tell her of her OWN policy stated on her site which says there is only a charge if rescheduled less then 24hrs in advanced and that i had rescheduled 48hrs in advance. She responded "i apologize, i didn't notice when you had rescheduled." This made me wonder how many people she scammed for money who didn't read her policy closely enough. The room set up and ambiance is cute though. The massage wasn't bad either. Though a few minutes was wasted while she tried to play a singing bowl but never was able to get it going. She was appropriate and focused on my problem areas which was good.
