I possess a caring, friendly, disposition and radiate a peaceful, calming energy that will surround you. I have a passion to help better the lives of my clients. I truly believe that the mind, body and spirit all need to be nourished for optimal health, healing, and well-being.

I felt like I stressed the desire for back work, especially my lower back but the massage on my back was less then half of the total time. The focus on my lower back was less then ten minutes. I left feeling still tightness in my back:/
