Elisa is very knowledgeable about what the client needs based on her physical assessment. I was quite tense when she started the body massage and by the completion, I was almost asleep. I had the most restful sleep for many nights after my session. I most enjoyed the combination of the massage and stretching techniques. It’s time to book more appointments!

So happy writing this review! Elisa is amazing from Start to finish!! I love that she ask me what areas need more focus before we started. The ambience set in the room was so relaxing and really helped to settle all of the anxious energy that I came in with from the weight of my day. Every area that we talked about she gave attention to. The pressure was absolutely perfect! I had set the intention to write this last night but I fell asleep notice I got home. I rested so well last night. The tension that was in my shoulders is gone. I feel ready for my work week after my massage 😊 I will definitely be back in two weeks and if you are wondering if you should book your appointment, the answer it YES! You will not be disappointed. Sun & Soul Massage 5 Stars!!!

I did not realize how much I needed a massage until I had mine. Lisa was professional and attentive to my problem areas and created a beautiful ambiance along with adding her own special touch during my session. I feel like a new woman and will definitely be scheduling again, SOON!
