I liked Karen very much. I liked my lashes but 5 lashes had fallen out before I went to bed. The rest seem fine. My first experience with lash extensions was a little different as the girl told me to wait 24 hours before getting them wet and I was given a small brush to brush them out and separate them and to use a blow dryer on low to dry them after a shower. I will be back in 2 weeks for a "touch up"

Too dark and thicker than my actual brow on the outer ends making my brows appear the same width all across. I tried to get if off my skin but nothing worked at first. Later that evening I washed my make-up off with a product I don't normally use and it did come off the skin making them the shape I normally have and maybe a little less dark, but the first day they were getting some unwanted attention.
