Gua Sha (Chinese Scrapping) Helps to increase the blood flow and circulation in the soft tissue, reduce inflammation, chronic pain, Can help with Migraine relief, neck, and back pain. During your gua sha session, you may have red marks on your skin. The scraping of the skin can cause capillaries near the skin to burst, but these will disappear within a couple of days.
