Theresa has over a decade of education and skills gained in the healing arts practice.  She attended Alexandar School of Natural Therapeutics in Tacoma, WA in 2008 for Massage Therapy and it was then that she began her practice in helping others through massage. She is passionate about caring for people and found that a holistic approach to wellness gives her the ability to do that in one of the purest forms. It is her intention to help improve the quality of people’s lives and this work is the tool she finds most effective. 

While she has an extensive background in both spa and clinical treatment with certifications and experience in Swedish Deep Tissue,  Massage Cupping, Craniosacral Therapy, Intraoral Massage and  Neuromuscular Re-education her focus and specialty is from the Traditional Thai Medicine and Massage Lens. This is where she has found her most beneficial and profound work of healing. She has received an extensive education, training and certification at The Naga Center in Oregon and continues to deepen her research and practice on this specific healing arts and approach. 

She is known for her generosity of attention and energy given and she offers a healthy space for her clients that is relaxing, healing as well as therapeutic. Theresa believes strongly in the body, mind and spirit connection and listening to not just what her patients are telling her, but also what their body's are telling her which helps achieve continued relief and healing for them.
