About Us

My mission is to help the members of my community achieve a better sense of overall wellness through therapeutic massage that is catered to each clients individual needs and to teach my community about the importance of a chemical free lifestyle. I've been a massage therapist for over 10 years as well as a registered nurse and in 2017 I started my journey with Young Living Essential Oils. I found my life's PASSION through holistic healthcare and chemical free living and my PURPOSE through sharing it with others. My center uses all organic products and plant based cleaners to support every aspect of your wellness when you walk through these doors. Prenatal massage helps to ease the discomforts of pregnancy, through gentle effleurage and focus. The mother-to-be will continue to glow beautifully while getting some relief from the discomfort that is sometimes experienced during pregnancy due to hormonal and structural changes. Special positioning is used so Momma and baby are as comfortable and relaxed as possible.

I am a lifelong resident of the Finger lakes. In 2009 I completed my Associates in Applied Science Degree in Therapeutic Massage and Integrated Health Care and started to practice locally while later earning my second AAS in Registered Nursing in 2011. Although working as a nurse locally was fulfilling, my passion has always been holistic healing through therapeutic massage and Complementary and Alternative Medicine. With this in mind I started a private massage practice. By May 2017 I began sharing how to live a chemical free life and offering solutions for improving total wellness through Young Living Essential Oils. Together my medical background mixed with my passion for CAM allows me to offer a more complete plan of care for each of my clients.
